Now that spring has finally sprung, i thought i'd post some photo's i took for the very talented designer louise O'leary who runs Louloubelle bags. These bags are from her Spring/Summer collection and are available to buy on her website.

January Maternity & Infant magazine

This is the latest Maternity & Infant magazine. Its the January/February issue, and we racked our brains trying to come up with a way to create a winter wonderland. It lashed rain on the day and In the end we just kept it simple, little did we know when we shot it in November that the country would be snowed in after Christmas!

I know I'm a bit late blogging this one and its the christmas issue and everyone is soooo over christmas but i never got the chance to blog about it. I love the cover and Elosie was so much fun to photograph. Also i have to show of some of the inside shots as my Oscar is in this issue. He's the one with the blonde mop!!

I took this photo yesterday at home. I don't usually blog personal things but i love this photo of my son. Usually when the camera comes out he messes around, does a big fake smile. This is just so him, mischief personified!

Some good news!

I got some great news last week, at the MAGAZINES IRELAND AWARDS 2009 i was awarded photographer of the year!!
The lovely Siobhan Nc Nabb, publisher of Maternity & Infant magazine entered me and this is the photo that won it for me! I'm absolutely over the moon. Check out the website for the other winners on the night. http://www.ppa.ie

Beautiful Kerry Wedding

September has been a month of weddings. I had the pleasure of shooting 2 beautiful weddings, one in Waterford castle and the other in the Mount Falcon hotel this month (more on them later).I've been dying to post some photo's of the beautiful wedding of my lovely friend Orla in Kerry. I was a guest and not officially on duty but i did have my camera with me and took some shots. The location, the weather, the couple, the church, the guests, the food (oh my god the food!) the marquee, the little details and touch's were all so amazing and so very Orla & Alan!
